To request a refund for a subscription course, you will first need to log into your Shadow Health account. From there you will need to click the "My Subscriptions" button located at the top of the page.
From there you will be shown a list of your active subscriptions. You will need to click View Subscriptions for the course you are trying to get a refund for.
Once you click View Subscription, you should be taken to a page like this below. You will want to click the three vertical dots that are directly to the right of your outstanding balance and then click Request Refund.
Once you click Request Refund, a pop up will appear telling you the refund amount, the dates that term was paying for, and which courses you will be unenrolled from.
From there, once you click Request Refund, you will be asked the reason for your refund and you will input your response where appropriate.
Once you click Submit refund request, you will be taken to a page where you can see the status of your refund and if it's still pending, approved, or denied. If you go to your course afterwards, it will still show you with an active subscription. If the refund is approved then you will be unenrolled from all courses for the term for which you requested the refund.
Students that do not wish to be charged for future automatic payments
*Inactivating a subscription must be done prior to the start date of the next term in order to avoid your card being charged. You will not be able to access Shadow Health content until you pay for the current term*
To inactivate your subscription, you will first log into your Shadow Health account and then be brought to your Dashboard. From there you will click My Subscriptions located at the top of your Shadow Health page.
From there you will be shown your active subscriptions. Click the View Subscriptions button for the subscription you are trying to inactivate.
Once you click the View Subscriptions button you will see an image like the one below. You will click the three vertical dots directly to the right of your outstanding balance.
Once you click the three vertical dots, you will select the Inactivate subscription option.
A pop up will appear and you will need to click the Inactivate button to continue through.
Once you click inactivate, you will see your Subscription Details and it will state your subscription is not active.
You will also see when you click the My Subscriptions button, it will show you all of your active and now inactive subscriptions.
