Navigate to the login page at http://app.shadowhealth.com/
On this page, click ‘Forgot Your Password' to begin resetting your password.
On this page, enter in the email address you have registered with Shadow Heath and click the green button to be emailed further instructions on changing your password.
The page will then advance to the Digital Clinical Experience login screen letting you know that the email has been sent and should arrive in your inbox within a few minutes.
Check your email inbox
Within minutes, you should receive an email titled "Reset password instructions" from info@shadowhealth.com. If you do not see it in your inbox, check your spam/junk/bulk mail folder.
When you open the message, click the blue link "Change my password" to enter in your new password. Please note that mobile devices are not supported - if you click this link on a phone or tablet, the link will not work properly and you will need to request a new Password Reset Email.
**Please note - If you receive a "Temporary access" email, you attend a school that has a single sign on integration in place with Shadow Health. In this case, you do not have a password with Shadow Health and need to use your school's online portal to access your account**
Enter in your new password
Your new password must be at least 12 characters long and contain 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter, 1 number, and 1 special character.
