If you started the password reset process but received a Temporary Access email rather than the Password Reset instructions, you attend a school that has chosen to setup a single-sign on integration with Shadow Health. If this is the case, you do not log directly into Shadow Health. Instead, you log into your school's online portal and access your Shadow Health account through a special link in your course materials.
