We follow your school's tuition refund policy, which typically means that you are entitled to a 100% refund if you drop the class that uses Shadow Health within the school's add/drop period.
If you purchased an Access Code from your school's bookstore, you will need to contact them regarding the refund. Access Codes are part of the bookstore inventory systems, which Shadow Health does not have access to.
If you purchased your product license directly through Shadow Health with a credit card, please contact support with the following information
- Name of your instructor
- Date you dropped the course
The Shadow Health product licenses are good for as long as you are enrolled at your school. If you intend to re-take the class, you have the option to keep the license active and use it in the future. If you choose to go this route, all you need to do is add the new course to your existing Shadow Health account when the time comes.
