Resolution
- Contact your instructor to have them set the open and due date in Shadow Health
Cause
Every assignment in Shadow Health has an open date and a due date that is set by your instructor. You won't be able to start working on the assignment until your instructor sets up these dates. If you see either of the messages below, let them know that they'll need to set these dates for you to be able to start working on them.
