Resolution
- To scroll up and down when an assignment is loaded, move the cursor outside of the assignment box, shown here with red boxes
- Click on this empty space
- Now scroll using the scroll wheel on your mouse or with your trackpad
Cause
The assignment is essential another window in your browser window, so when you click on it and then try to scroll, it's trying to scroll in the assignment box, not the browser window. If you need to scroll up or down on the page as a whole, you may need to click on the empty space outside of the assignment then start scrolling.
