Click on the link below and put in your name and the support key the Support agent gives you
Chrome on Windows
Once you put in the support key and click the continue button you will be taken to a page with a yellow download application button. Click the download application button and the file will appear at the bottom left corner.
Once you click on the file to open, you will need to click on the Run button as shown below.
Once the file fully downloads it will allow us to remote connect to your computer.
Mozilla Firefox on Windows
Once you put in your name and course pin, you will be taken to a page that looks like this.
Once you click the download application button, this pop up will appear. You will need to click save file.
Once you save the file, there will be in your download list at the top right corner the file with an arrow pointing to it. You will click on the file and open it.
Once you open the file, a pop up will appear and you will need to click the run button.
Once you click the run button, your remote connection should begin shortly.
Chrome on Mac
On a Mac, after putting in the support key you are given, you should be taken to a page that looks like this. You will click on the download application button in yellow you see on your screen.
Once the file is downloaded, you will click on the file and click on open.
Once the file opens, you will double click on the "LogmeinRemoteSupport"
Once you do, you will need to click the blue Open button to allow the app to open.
Once you do, you will need to click on the System Preferences button and on the bottom left corner, click on the locked keypad and put in your password to unlock your Privacy setting. You will need to check the LogmeinRemoteSupport box as shown below.
Safari on Mac
On Safari, after you put in the support key, you will be taken to a page that looks like this. You will click on the yellow download application button.
Once you do, a pop up will appear asking if you wish to allow downloads on "console.gotoassist.com" and you will click the allow button.
Once you do, the download will finish and you will click the download button (it looks like a circle with a down arrow in it) that is on the top right corner. You will double click the logmeinRemoteSupport file.
Once you double click the logmeinRemoteSupport file, a pop up will appear asking if you want to open "logmeinremotesupport". Click the open button.
From there you will need to click the System Preferences button and when the page appears, you need to click on the lock pad at the bottom left corner and put your password in. You will then need to click on the box to the left of the logmeinremotesupport.
Mozilla Firefox on Mac
After putting in the session key given to you, you will be taken to a page like this.
Click on the yellow download application button and a pop up like the one below will appear.
Click the OK button and your downloads folder will open. Highlight the logmeinremotesupport file and double click that.
A pop up will appear asking you if you want to open the logmeinremotesupport file. Click the blue open button.
Once you open the file, you will need to go to your System Preferences and go to the locked keypad at the bottom left corner and put in your password for your computer so you can check mark the logmeinremotesupport box to allow us to view your screen.
