Note: Only faculty already attached to the course can add new faculty
- Log in to your Evolve Faculty Account
- Locate and save your Evolve Course ID (you will need this later)
- Click “To add more content, visit the catalog”
- Click the link “Submitting your Course Roster”
- Enter each faculty on separate lines in the following format: Last Name, First Name, email address.
- Change the Role from “student (default) to “instructor” and click “Submit This Roster”
- If the course roster is submitted successfully, you will see this screen:
